my outlook 2003 keep sending the same message several times

Dear Microsoft:
i have a big problem in my MS outlook 2003
when i try to send a message (with or without attatchment)
the message stuck in the outbox but the recepiant receive it repeatedly
until i delete it from the out box manullay
i tried to change the profile(the personal folder), i deleted the account
but still have the same problem
plz help
