My outlook always restart when I deleted mail.

I'm using Outlook 2003. When I deleted my mail, the Outlook always pops up
Error Windows likes this:

Then, it gives me a choice to send or do not send this error to
Microsoft. I have tried to reinstall Outlook 2003 but the problem is still
happen. How should I do?
