"My Outlook Calendar" template -- not working with Outlook 2003

I downloaded this Word template from slipstick a few years ago and it
worked fine in Outlook 2000. However in Outlook 2003 we usually get a
"run-time error... Method "IsRecurring" of object 'AppointmentItem'
failed".

I have emailed the author and the email bounced. Does anyone know how
to fix thi,s or another method of printing monthly Outlook calendars
with more flexibility than printing them directly from Outlook?
