My outlook culture is not changing according to Windows MUI locale

Hi

I have installed windows XP MUI pack
i selected french from there.
after restarting my computer i am able to see all things in french except my
outlook.
In my outlook everything is coming in english which i want in french as well.
can anybosy please tell me what is the problem?
