my outlook express e-mail is being sent back and terminated.

e-mail I'm sending out is being sent back and e-mail that others send to me
is bounced back to them and I do not receive it.
How do you fix this problem?
I currently have ATT DSL Outlook Express and Internet Explorer 6.0.
I also have Windows XP.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
