My Outlook is Totally messed up

Okay, today when trying to open a message, or forward, or
reply I get the following error message and the whole
program shuts down:
OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in

Can someone help me? I've gone and downloaded the
updates, service packs, etc and still nothing...restarted
my computer, etc. I really need to get into my email I've
got two big conferences within the next three weeks...
YIKES!
