My Outlook restarts when I try to send a message. I have Vista

What version of Outlook? Also, is it every format of message that causes the
problem or just one type (Plain Text, HTML or RTF)?

Look in the Event Viewer (Application) if you find any additional
information why Outlook restarts (note the time when it happened last).
