MY OUTLOOK SEND SEVERAL MESSAGES TO THE SAME PERSON HOW DO I STOP

I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUTLOOK IT IS NOW SENDING 4 TO 900 MESSAGES
EACH TIME I SEND A MESSAGE.
HOW DO I STOP IT?

Turn off your AV integration with Outlook. Email does not need to be actively
scanned by antivirus. Your real time scanner will catch everything it's been
updated for.
