my outlook sent box deletes all messages?

This happened a month or so ago and now its started again, my sent box just
deletes all my sent messages automatically, why and how do I fix, thanks,

You probably have AutoArchiving enabled then;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button AutoArchive...

If you haven't done so already, you can connect your archive file to Outlook
via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
