My page breaks appear to be hyperlinked

Two of my page breaks seem to be hyperlinked and the page they surround won't
print and doesn't appear in print preview but is there in print layour view
and normal view. How can I get the page to become a "real" part of the
document?

What is between the two page breaks? Regular text, a
picture/drawing/image, a text box, or what?
