My PC refuses to install my purchased Office Home & Student

Hi, sorry I am new.
I purchased the software at Best Buys. Installed with no problem on my two
laptops, but each laptop had major problems with hard drive and were erased
when being fixed. Reinstalled and work fine on laptops, but I just returned
home and unable to load my software on my PC.

Is there some limit to the number of times I can install my software? If
so, when Best Buy reformats my entire hard drive, and loses the install, is
it not possible to get a pass to reinstall for my PC due to the situation.

You'd be better served posting your question in a group for MS Office. This
group is for questions about Microsoft Access databases.

Make sure you tell them your os version and service pack level, and which
version of Office. Make sure you tell them what the problem is. Failing to
load (install) a program could be anything from the cd drawer is still open
to a full hard disk to not having enough user permissions - or anything in
between.

Now that you have the 2 laptops working, back them up. It's the pc owner's
responsibility to back up their own pcs, not Best Buy's.
