My pictures dont appear on website

I have got a website up and running through Publisher 2003 but the pictures
dont show up. When viewing from the website they have a small red triangle
in the left corner.

I saved my home page as index.html. When i go to my documents and click on
the index logo my home page with all the pictures is visable but when i go to
index_files all images that do not appear on my website have a different logo
to the ones that do (instead of being blue they are white with a small yellow
square)

How do I link these pictures. When I view my home page through my ISP the
pictures are not visable and when i bring the mouse up to them there is no
file path like on my link pages that the computer is searching for.
Should I do something in publisher before I save as web site?

I am totally new to this so basic instructions would be appreciated!

If you can access your other pages on your site, then your images are
probably simply too large, and are taking a long time to load. Ideally your
images should be resized and optimized in an image editing program before
inserting them into your Pub doc, but you can also compress them
significantly, and improve the loading time from within Publisher.
Reference: Compress graphics file sizes to create smaller Publisher Web
pages

If you aren't able to access the other pages in your site, then it sounds
like you didn't upload the index_files folder that is produced along with
the index.htm file when you Publish to the Web.
