My Pictures Hyperlinks

I know how to set hyperlinks and know not to include spaces in any
page, or anything, but to include a "_" in it's place, but the hyperlinks
that i set to my pictures keep setting themselves to:
%5bU%5d"TitleOfPage".html and I have no idea what that mess is in front of my
hyperlinks that keeps on appearing, but whatever it is, it gives me a "cannot
find URL" page when i look at it on the internet.

Try not naming your pictures with "[" and "]" characters in the name or
path.
