my pictures just show at little x

i have made my webpage with publisher and published it now when i got to the
site all i see in the space for my pictures are boxes with little x

It appears that you did not publish the subfolder with the supporting images
and HTML. Read through these articles by David Bartosik and you should be
able
to fix your problem.
