My Places Bar

Having difficulty re-ordering items in the "My Places" bar -- move up and
move down grayed out. Any suggestions?

It's Office 2003. When trying to move the items in My Places (in the Open
and File Save As Menus) in any of the Office programs, the move up and down
options are grayed out
