I managed to fix the problem myself, I asked the office assistant to help.
It was very easy, so please ignore my last post. I felt excited that I fixed
it, and a bit of an idiot for asking for help first...

Thanks for getting back!

That's no problem. When you post here, lots of people watch for the
solution to come up. Yes, we could look up Help, but often that's fruitless.
