My Product #GC670AA is not accepted as valid, Help!

My new HP Pavillion a6120n has Product # GC670AA, Serial # MXF733OHLF. When I
enter that Product #, I receive a reply repeatly that it is not a valid # ,
and wants a 20 or 25 digit #. I can't get into my "documents", Help!

You are being asked for the Visio serial number that is probably
written on the jewel case that the CD came in.
