my product key doesn't work

hi everytime i try and install my micrisift office--the product key does not
work what do i do

Kylie,

Recheck the key. It's real easy to confuse the number 8 and the letter "B",
and the number 0 (zero) and the uppercase leter "O", and the number 1 and
the lowercase letter "l".
