My programs in Office 2003 will not download updates automaticall.

Office programs will not connect and check fo critical downloads or updates.
The bar on percent checker goes to 40%, then stops and refers you to support
or manual procedures.

They do bring up the page, just won't complete the program.

Sure would apprediate a fix.
