My queued jobs-PWA: Failed but not blocking correlation. Timesheet

Running Project Server 2007, SP1
I created a test project with a task, assigned 2 resources then saved and
published it. I've configured email notifications but have been unsuccessful
so far in receiving any notifications on either my (Outlook 2003) or my
colleague's Outlook (2007). I get an error in "My queued jobs": 'Failed but
not blocking correlation', 'Timesheet' queue type.

Error summary/areas:
Notification message processor failed
NotificationEMailDeliveryFailed
Queue
GeneralQueueJobFailed
Error details:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-16"?>
<errinfo>

<class name="Notification message processor failed">

GroupType="NotificationMessage" MessageType="CompositeNotification"

</class>
</general>
</errinfo>

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this one?
Thanks

Did you do both of the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions, then click Server
Settings - Alerts and Reminders. On the Alerts and Reminders page, enter
the correct information about your organization's SMTP e-mail server and
then click the Save button.

2. Work with your organization's e-mail administrator to set up your e-mail
system to relay e-mail messages sent by Project Server 2007.

Please note that I'm not a guru on Exchange or other e-mail servers, but I
believe #2 above is a pretty common oversight in setting up Project Server's
e-mail messaging. Let us know what you find.

Oops! I forgot one of the requirements. In your Enterprise Resource Pool,
do each of your resources have a valid e-mail address entered? When you
open the Enterprise Resource Pool for editing, double-click the name of any
resource and you can determine whether you have entered e-mail addresses for
each resource. Let us know what you find.
