My Quick Access Toolbar resets when I log off.

How do I keep the icons on the Quick Access Toolbar? Everytime I add icons
to it, it resets once I log off.

The settings for the QAT are stored in the user profile's Local Setting
folder. I would suspect that you have a user profile which is not
allowed to store changes there and that it gets wiped every time you log
off. This would be something to talk with your IT department about.
