Unlike Office 2003, My Recent Documents list displays all excel add-ins (i
have many) making the list useless. Is there a way to suppress this behavior
and only display user documents?

The behavior you describe shouldn't occur. How are the add-ins loaded? Were
they loaded through the Add-ins dialog box?

Yes, the add-ins were loaded through the dialog box. The add-ins are api's
for bloomberg users to analyse data that is downloaded from the bloomberg
system.
