My Resources and Tasks

I install Project Server 2003 with SP2a and I configure the SMPT Server and
download Outlook Add-in to all recourses but no one in my resources can see
their tasks in outlook or PWA.

Any help

Did you publish the projects?
For each project in Project Pro:
Collaborate / Publish / Publish All Information

Could you check that your resources are Enterprise Resources( vs. local
resources in each project plan)

Also check the booking type of your resources : aren't they Proposed instead
of Commited ?
