My Ressources vs. My Direct Report

Hello,
Could you explain me the difference between the two following categories:
- My Resources
- My Direct Report

Woody:

My Resources identifies all resources below you in the RBS, whereas My
Direct Reports, identifies only resources that are one leaf below you in the
RBS, and not your direct report's reports. I hope that doesn't sound too
confusing!
