My sberet.msi file is missing ... cant uninstall office to do cl.

I am trying to do a clean install of Office 2003 (and uninstall Office XP SB)
.... it is asking me for sberet.msi - which is not on my machine ... is there
any simpe way to uninstall ALL office products and start clean without having
to re-format ?

The add remove programs quits when it doesnt find the sberet.msi
