My screen tips do not display

When I save my vsd as a web page, my screen tips are lost. When I check the
shape properties, I donot see the screen tip wrong information) that is
dynamically created. This is the screen tip that shows instead (Press Ctrl +
Click to follow hyperlink).

Did you checked various options in the diagram
that will appear when you press publish button?
And your page or shapes really have shape data?
