My send/recieve button is missing from my outlook! I can't findit

I just set up my msn acct on outlook, but i when i did, my send and recieve
button went away. Any one know how to fix this?

Hi..

To start with re-check if there is still an email account configured in
Outlook.
If there is a valid email account, try renaming the file 'outcmd.dat' and
'extend.dat'.
Restart the machine and try again.
