My sent e mails are going to my "deleted items' file on entourage,

I have two sets of e mail files on my mac:

MSN nancy Goodman
and
My computer

Each has inbox, outbox and sent; but all my sent items are going to the deleted items file under the my on my computer section

You must have a rule that is moving the message. The most likely culprit is
the Mailing List Manager (MLM). It's very easy to set up a MLM rule by
accident, when you are marking a message as 'not junk'. The wording of that
dialog is ambiguous to say the least. Check if there is an MLM entry (look
for MLM entries under the tools menu) with the incorrect destination folder
as the target folder. Mailing List Manager rules run before your other
rules.

Check out Tools>Rules->Outgoing Rules or Tools>Mailing List Manager for any
rule that you do not remember creating. Disable or delete it and see if the
problematic behaviour persists.
