I have designed a table to print labels for index tabs. The cells contain
text and I've included some fill color to the cells. I added a rounded
rectangle shape to table cells that contain data. I used the styles to select
an outlined shape and a white fill. The shape is "in front" of the table
cells. I removed the fill of the shape so my text in the table cells will
show.
When I do a Print Preview it looks good. When I send it to the printer, the
shapes do not print, only the table.
I checked my settings and have checked the box that I want the printer to
print drawings and shapes.
I have tried printing to 3 different printers, thinking it might be a driver
issue. I tried printing it as a PDF file. None of the shapes went with the
document, only the table.
What do I need to do to get the shapes to print? Any suggestions? Thanks so
much.
