My shapes dont "glue" any more

I have made a instrumentation diagram using standrad shapes. I used to be
able to "glue" my components together with pipe lines - the connection point
turns red and it is glued. Now for some reason i does not do that any more.

Can I somehow have turned it off..? If so - how do I change it back?

Open up your "Snap & Glue" toolbar (View, Toolbars, Snap & Glue). The
on/off "switch" for this feature is the second icon from the left, the one
with the red dot in the corner).

Or...on the menu bar, click on "Tools", then "Snap & Glue" and then choose
the "General" tab and make your selections there.

It doesnt work, I have the same problem! But this happens only one one sheet
and not others!
