My Shared Calendars are behaving strangly - dissappearing and reappearing randomly.

Hi,

My senario is such that i have to see the calendars of our 8 sales staff. We
use exchange server 2003 and Outlook 2003. Each of the sales staff have
granted me permission to have access to thier mailbox (and calendars tasks
etc..)

In the mail properties where my exchange server settings are stored i also
have added the names / mailboxes of the sales staff.

This setup in the past has allowed me to see in my folderlist all of the
sales staffs mailboxes calendars etc... But more recently (perhaps the last
few months) when i goto the Calendars section and see "my calendars" where
all of the 8 sales staff's calendars are viewable if i click the tickboxes,
these sales staff's calendars move , jump around in the list... no longer
are they in alphabetical order but the one i went to click has moved and
someone elses actually gets displayed...

ie i'll have this list...
my calendar (checked)
sales1 calendar (not checked)
sales2 calendar (not checked)
sales3 calendar (not checked)
sales4 calendar (not checked)
sales5 calendar (not checked)

I'll check the checkbox next to sales2 calendar and the outcome would be
this.
my calendar (checked)
sales1 calendar (not checked)
sales4 calendar (checked)
sales3 calendar (not checked)
sales2 calendar (not checked)
sales5 calendar (not checked)

Other times i'll goto check another calendar and it will dissappear from the
list completely... I also won't be able to view it through the "Folders
List" ....

The settings are still in the mail properties where i have all the sales
staff set up etc.....

I'm sorry for such a long post but i'm very confused why this is happening
and everything is setup ok in my mind... I'll also add that by closing
outlook a number of times some of these calendars that dissappeared have now
come back.. I've searched the MS website without any luck...

has anyone any thoughts what is wrong? what i can do to fix it?? I'm running
the latest updates for outlook 2003 and i'm not running SP2 on windows XP -
yet...

Many thanks

Kevin Davis
