I have a user who would like 'My Shortcuts' to remain the open
default on the Outlook Shortcut Bar. Currently when she closes &
re-opens the application 'My Shortcuts' minimizes & 'Outlook
Shortcuts' expands. Is there a way to force 'My Shortcuts' to be
the default, or is there a way to change the shortcut file order?
I have tried re-creating her profile & that did not help. This was to
hopefully fix this and another issue as well; the 'Public Folders'
file is showing as the first item in her Folder List rather than the
Outlook Today folder or a delegate folder. Basically it's not
falling in alphabetical order.
This user recently transferred to another state & swears that her
Outlook Shortcut Bar menus allowed the 'My Shortcuts' file to stay
open in the home office. I'm in the home office & we can not
duplicate this.
Using Windows XP & Outlook XP
I appreciate any advice.
