My slides won't transition

Hi - I have a presentation that I changed from music wiht automatic slide
transition after 10 seconds to removing the music and making the slides
transition on mouse click. I did this from "slide show" and then
"transitions" I checked the box for transition on mouse click and apply to
all slides yet it won't work. The music is gone and she show now won't
transition at all! It's like each slide is stuck. Help! Please! I'm going
crazy here!

Have a look in slide show > set up show.

Check Kiosk mode isnt checked (if it is choose presenter full screen)
