My son has misplaced the cd for office can I download it

I had to re-install windows on my laptop and have misplaced the cd for office
2003 student and teacher edition is there any way to download it or replace
it. I still have the product key and certificate of authenticity

In addition to Carey's web site, if you , as you say, have the original CD
key you can borrow and copy someone else's Student and Teacher CD (has to be
the same version) but use your CD key to activate the product. It is
perfectly OK to replace your legal lost CD this way because you are not
making an "illegal copy", of course it would be in violation of the EULA to
use their CD key.
