It is likely that the assignment owner for this resource has been set to
blank. To check, edit the Enterprise Resource Pool and check that field for
the user. If it is blank, then set it to be the user's name. Now, for the
existing project, double click each task and set the assingnment owner to be
the user for each task.

Satish,
Also check the dates on the assignment. Your team member may be
looking for a "current" task that, for him, doesn't start yet. A way
to check to see if the assignment is made is to click on Settings,
View Options, then uncheck Show Only Current Tasks (then click
Apply). This will display all task assignments for all projects,
current, future and past.

If it still does not show up, in MS Project, check the field Publish
in the schedule for the tasks. If it is set to No, set it to Yes and
republish. The Publish column controls whether or not an assignment
is published to PWA for My Tasks.

Finally, if they still don't show up, check the resource on the
Resource Sheet. Make sure that the resource isn't local -- many PMs
who are new to the system will hand-type in their resources or not map
them properly on import, and they all end up as local on the resource
sheet. I'm having that issue myself with a handful of them at my
account.

Hope this helps,
mel
