Have him review and uncheck "Show Only Current Tasks" in the My Tasks view
options. The task start date may be outside the limits.

Hi Alia,

Check these:
* Tasks have the "publish" field set (you may have to add the field to a
view in Project Pro to see this)
* Project is published
* The user has the proper permissions set ("my tasks" through either through
group membership or security categories)

Are you using active directory to synchronize your users? If so, double
check that the user is in the right group in the AD.

Hope that helps,
- Jussi

One other thing to check is the Resource's "Booking Type." The resource
needs this set to "Committed" to see the tasks on the My Task page. If set
to "Proposed" the tasks won't appear.

In MS Project go to the Resource Sheet view and insert the column "Booking
Type." You can change it there if need be.
