My Tasks - Completed Tasks

When a task is 100% complete and the Project Manager approves the task,
updates the Finish date in the MS Project Plan - and publishes the plan - the
user sees the task as 100% complete in My Tasks with the clipboard icon but
also an orange/yellow line between the Progress and Task Name column.

I thought the line indicated the task was due soon but if the task is
complete - why is this line showing up?
