We get this error all the time. Some time we are able to access
through My Work instead of My tasks. We also use the SQL scripts that
you all mention but sometimes we have resources who are not able to
enter at all and the scripts show nothing.
I usually use resourcecenter to find all assignemnt for a that
peticular resource and start checking the project for project,
assignment for assigment checking for anything really.
Generic resources with 0 work - remove
Ordinary resources with 0 work - remove
has a workspace been created - create
Are all mandatory fields applied.- apply
Occationally that is enough, but not always.
And lots of other things that I just check out of my head
Aldo I think we have a big problem with the dateformat in the My tasks
grid. Our server setting is Danish but the grid denies that setting.
Imagine Jan 7 - In Danish this would be 07.01.08 - in US that is July
1st.
I think that due to that date confusion sometimes my users run into a
situation where the Danish dates are translated to US format and after
translation the date makes no sense. imagine a task that finishs
before it starts.... This will/might probably lead to My task web
error. Task start Jan 7 (DA format 01.07.08) finished July 7 (DA
format 01.07.08) After tranlations to US that task has no start date
only a finish date.....
