My Tasks filter and Nested Dates

I have a user that is seeing in the My Tasks dates nested in dates then when
expands sees the task.

We're thinking some filter is inadvertently on just for her...can you help
so that she sees only the client name/task title

MK:

Each user has their own settings for the My Tasks view. Look over her
shoulder and have her go through the various view options paying close
attention to grouping first.
