My Tasks page in PWA - diabling some links

on the "My Tasks" page i do find that for a resource who is team member

there are links like
"Reassign wrok, self-assign team..,Delete,Import Timesheet,print

I could disable "reassing work", self assing in the properties of "Team
member"
But i am not able to find where i can disable the user from Clicking
"delete" and "Import timesheet"

delete is still ok if not disabled as it goes to task owner for approval
but "Import timesheet" link i dont want it to be enabled, how to achieve this

Those are two features of the My Tasks page that you cannot disable by
permissions. Hope this helps.
