Note: We are using Project Server Professional (with PWA) 2007 SP1
We have a user that can log in to Project Web Access (PWA) and see the
"My Tasks" link, but when they click on the link, it takes them to a
blank "My Tasks" page. However, from the Project Server Professional
view, they do have tasks assigned, and tasks have been published. The
user was able to see and update tasks prior to this happening.
The user believes the action they did that led to this, was they
received an error message when they clicked the "My Tasks" link (the
error message usually being associated with a "stuck" task). They
clicked on the message to "close all workspaces", and ever since then,
the "My Tasks" page is blank.
We have a script to run for "stuck tasks", and there are no tasks
showing up as stuck for this user. All projects have also been
confirmed to be checked in.
Any suggestions as to how to bring their "My Tasks" page back?
Thanks
Steve
