My Tasks Page not displaying my tasks after installing SP2

Andrea Ross

I just installed the service pack 2 for Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0 and
for Project Server 2007 (2007 Microsoft Office Servers SP2).

I republished the project our team is working with and get the attached
error on the Project Web Access My Tasks page. All of my 100+ tasks are not
being displayed.
It was fine before the SP2 installations.

This is the error:

Please help.

I am having the same issue. Right after SP2 was installed, a few of the team
members can not see their tasks on the my tasks page. I am also getting the
same error. I would love to hear if anyone has any ideas on this one.
Thanks!!!

I think the first order of business is to delete the browser cache on the
machines that experience this problem. Let us know if this helps. Please
verify that this is not happening to all users, only some. Yes?

Thanks Gary! That did work. Should I be instructing my users to periodically
clear out their cache?

Michelle:

This rarely is an issue during normal use, but something you could
anticipate when you install an update to the system. It couldn't hurt to
send out an email when you apply a service pack or CU to warn users that
they may need to clear out the browser cache.
