My Templates

One Note keeps saving new templates in separate template sections. I end up
with My Templates 2, My Templates 3, My Templates 4, etc.

Each has only one template in it.

My Templates 3 and 4 were created in the same one note session. I hit the
"save current page as template" command and it created "3" I then made
changes and hit the save command again: it created "4".

Two questions:
What am I doing wrong?
Can I move the templates from 2, 3, & 4 back to on My Template folder? If
so how?
