Just hovering the mouse will display a tooltip (if tooltips are enabled).
You have to click the Themes tool to see the dropdown list.
If you're trying to click Themes and nothing happens, note that if the file
is in Compatibility Mode, Themes and other Word 2007-only features will not
be available.
