My Timesheet view: Enterprise Custom Field does not populate

A user has created an enterprise custom field, Health (Task). The field was
added to the My Timesheets view via Manage Views. After publishing the work
plan, the field and its values are visible in the Project Center (in PWA).
But when the user creates a new timesheet, the custom field is empty and
fully editable.

What steps are we missing? Or, is this a bug?
