my toolbars are "dissapearing"

gday,

when i dont use certain toolbars on the top of the screen, i notice
that they eventually get hidden...... and the only way i can refind it
is to re-do "customize" then ADD, and then when i add, i find that the
original toobar icon is already there...

is there a way to stop the toolbars that i havent used for a while to
"dissapear" ?

Check to see if you have this setting:

tools|customize|options Tab
Always use full menus.

(If you don't, excel will "help" you by hiding the ones you use infrequently. I
hate it, too.)
