My video potion in frontpage is greyed out. Why?

Can someone assit me. I am unabe to insert a video into Frontpage because the
option is greyed out.

Thanks for the info.
I was unable to locate to IE5 option. But, that pushed me to venture forward
I change the brower to custom and it is no longer greyed out. Thanks a
million.
