My website is pushed to the right because of a banner, why?

I have a domain name using godaddy, but the godaddy banner for free hosting
pushes my website all the way to the right. Therefore, it appears as if the
website isn't there when you go to the url. This only happens in explorer
and not firefox. The godaddy support said to enter a page break at the top
of the page, but how???

You can insert HTML code fragments from the toolbar anyplace in your
document/page. Use the tool in MS-Pub to check for any errors in your Web
page, too.

p.s. I haven't experienced this problem in building sites.
