my wife did something.now not getting any mail?

my wife has done something to my outlook email account.she was trying to
stop junk mail for me and now i cant receive anything at all. she doesnt know
what she did or how to fix it. in her atempts to fix it she has now deleted
my account from outlook and cant put it back on. any advice will be much
appreciated thanks.

It's impossible to give any advise without any configuration information to
work on.
Also, why can't you simply add the account again?
