my windows installer keeps crashing/exits itself, help me please .

hi, i am having a really annoying problem with my windows installe.
my windows installer keeps crashing. how do i reinstall it or do i have to
reinstall my os, or even better is thee a fix for this?
any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Umm...are we allowed to know what exactly you are trying to install? Versions
of, anything pertinent that might help?

That's really annoying...
